On four separate occasions over the last 4 years since moving from Sydney to the Central Coast we have used Andrew from Advance Building Services and his team, ranging from window replacement, raising the house for the insertion of missing ant caps, replacing Stairs from Deck to ground level, large privacy screen replacement, landscaping stairs and walkways and various other activities including even quoting on replacement of existing deck which other trades had informed us needed replacement within 6 months. However, in this case Andrew advised only repair weathered items that needed replacing over time which saved a considerable amount of money. Andrew has been reliable in turning up for quotes, submitting alternatives for the work, submitting quotes and arriving to commence work according to dates submitted. Andrew and his tradesmen have been excellent in performing work to schedule and to requirements. They are very thorough in the work to be done and make sure it is undertaken to the best standards possible. We engaged Andrew about an extention/renovation on our existing property. Andrew was professional and engaging and arranged a time to inspect the property. Our first project with Andrew and his team was the construction of our new house. Advance did such a great job we engaged them to renovate the old farm house on the property. Last year they constructed our pool and cabana. We are now onto our 4th project and 6th year working with Advance. High attention to detail, problem solvers, excellent value plus amazing to work with. Could not recommend highly enough!

I have worked with a lot of builders and found Andrew and his team fast and efficient. Andrew knows what quality is and can deliver it. He is a strait talker, who understands the customer and is easy to deal with, including when inevitable problems arise. His pricing was fair and, unlike so many, he did not under quote. Variations were dealt with quickly and on budget.Very happy!

Like you, I have heard my fair share of stories of dodgy builders. When it came time to renovate my home, I came to the process with much caution and nervousness. I should not have been so worried. Andrew and Ben have created a team of bright, talented and skilful young men who really do care about their work. Near enough was never good enough, it needed to be spot on. Finding workers with this kind of attitude was more than what my husband and I could ever have hoped for. The renovation has turned out even better than we thought it would. However as soon as I met Andrew from Advance Building Services and started talking to him about our first project together, I knew he was different.
